Meet The Team

The passion and dedication of our coaches is what makes our sessions possible. DFJ Multisports is currently run by a team of four; two experienced, qualified and DBS checked coaches, and two youth coaches who are working with us to develop their coaching skills.

Coaches are regularly offered training, where they work alongside more experienced athletes to gain the necessary experience.

With any of our coaches, you can expect:

  • Up to-date enhanced DBS checks

  • Qualifications in range of sports

  • Emergency First Aid training

  • Safeguarding training

  • Strong behaviour management

  • Professionalism and reliability

  • Passion, commitment and dedication

Our coaches are able to build excellent relationships in a short period of time with both children and parents. They work hard to provide fun and engaging lessons whilst ensuring children feel safe and welcome. With heaps of enthusiasm and a passion for sport, our coaches truly are dedicated to inspiring our young sports participants.

Hi, I'm Chloe, I study Business Level 3 Extended Diploma at Brockenhurst College. With a lot of experience in a variety of sports, I love to share my learning and skills with young children to help them develop further. Teaching ballet really helped me to develop great leadership and behavioural management skills with young children. Whilst growing up, I was a Rainbow, Brownie, and a Guide! Doing this helped me learn so many skills including teamworking and leadership. I also supported Guides sessions for younger children- keeping them engaged and ensuring fun!
